Five on Friday + Impulse Haircut

Happy Friday! 

1. Those that follow me on INSTA know that I decided to randomly chop all of my hair last night, and I don't regret it for one second.  I got to sleep in an extra 30 minutes this morning, WIN!

2. SUITS came back on Wednesday night. Who else is obsessed with that show and Harvey? Love him! 

3. Madison is starting to finally fit into all those big bows I got her when she was born, Hello 5 months! How cute is she?! I can't even. 

4. with the 4th coming up, I am in need of a cute Maxi dress to wear while in Chicago, and wanting it to be festive, of course! 

5. Our Chicago/ Milwaukee trip is coming up in a couple of weeks and I have TOO much to do before then! But I am SO excited to head up North for a weekend to see family and explore the city. 

Five on Friday

Happy Friday Y'all! 

1. I am loving the gorgeous weather Atlanta has been having this past week, especially after our Ice storm. perfect time for some rooftop patio sitting! 

2. FINALLY got my hair done y'all, and I am obsessed! 

3. Hanging out with baby Madison is always the highlight of my day!

4. I could eat hummus and pita bread all day everyday! So good! 

5. and finally it's FRIDAY and this girl only has to work half a day and then my weekend starts around lunch time, HOLLA! 

Five on Friday

It's been forever since I participated in this wonderful weekly linkup, so here I am. 

1. If you read my previous post, or even the news you might have noticed that Atlanta made national news with our Winter Storm. Luckily for me I got an adult snow day out of it and enjoyed every minute of it.
2. Is anyone else kinda ready for Spring? I am, simply because I am so ready to wear spring nail polish again!

3. I am ready to do something different with my hair! I've been looking at different styles and came to this conclusion:

4. I am so so excited that me and the girls are planning on going to see Britney in Vegas in August! WHAT WHAT?!?!? I cannot wait to start planning this trip. We haven't made any concrete plans yet, but we will be seeing Brit this summer. HOLLA.
5. Also, today Madison turns 1 month old! And you know what else is today? It's the Chinese New Year and having Madison turn a month old on this date means a ton of good luck in Asian culture and that means we are celebrating!

Weekend Recap

Happy Monday Y'all!  

  This weekend was spent spending some money, eating some good food, and spending time with the family.

 I have been in need of a new hair straightener for the longest time and finally went to one of those vendors at the mall and bought a pro royale one, and oh my gosh y'all they are the best! I have really thick hair and this hair straightener did wonders. I highly recommend it!
It is also about the time where I start using some of my darker shades of nail polish and Sinful Colors has a new Berry Blossom Fall color out, in love!!

I have been on a Vietnamese food kick lately and Buford has the best Asian Restaurants.  Quôc Húóng is one of my favorite new places and they have the best Vietnamese Sandwiches, for cheap too! 
Sweet Hut is another new favorite of mine. The cutest bakery every and their desserts are OH MY GAH! So Delish!!  I would recommend both of those places! 

Friday Five

As the week is coming to an end, here is what I've been obseesed with!

This shampooand conditioner set is pure bliss. My hair feels AMAZING afterwards.

My hair started to feel damaged with all the products i've used over the years but this heat protection spray has helped a ton. Within a week my hair is starting to feel healthier.

Having thick hair I usually don't like straightening it in the summer time, but this kerathin spray leaves my hair straight for a while!

Just got these Jessica Simps on monday and I am OBSESSED. They are super comfortable too!

Most of the time I do my own nails and sinful colors has always worked best for me. They have a new summer line out and I stocked up!

XO LA
